Full conference registration

$325 for early bird registration (ends January 15, 2016)

$400 for normal registration (ends February 29, 2016)

$525 for on-site/late registration (March 1 – March 16, 2016)


$25 per one-hour pre-conference session
$50 per two-hour pre-conference session
(Innovative Interfaces will set the pricing for its pre-conference
seminars, likely to match our pricing schedule and thus be $50 per two-hour

Single Day Registration Options
[$25 less for the one-day options if early bird]

$275 for a one-day registration for the first day (includes the All Conference Lunch)

$225 for a one-day registration for the second day
$125 for a one-day registration for the third day

IUG conference room rates:
$249 plus tax (currently 15.58%) per room, per night for a single or double.
Additional $20/night for an additional person.
Conference rate is available three days before and three days after the conference, pending availability.

The cut off for the group reservation is Saturday, March 12, 2016. However, the hotel may at its discretion honor the group rate after that date. If you have any difficulty with reservations, please contact IUG’s conference planner (Pia Jones) for assistance pia@ icmevents.com or 801‐235‐9616.

Hotel Parking

Self parking is currently available at $60 (inclusive of 14% tax) per 24 hours. Valet parking is available at $65 (inclusive of 14% tax) per 24 hours. Hilton guests have in & out privileges.

The BART is a safe affordable means to get to the hotel.  The Powell Street Station is a few blocks from the hotel.
